Valladolid Audience Development & Innovation Lab
From 25 to 28 October, 2023
We are very pleased to announce that Europa Cinemas has set up a new partnership with the International Film Week of Valladolid SEMINCI whose 68th edition is taking place from 21st to 28th October 2023. In the framework of this cooperation, Europa Cinemas will organize an Audience Development & Innovation Lab due to happen from Wednesday, 25th until Saturday, 28th October 2023.
The Lab entitled “REACHING OUT TO NEW AUDIENCES: RETHINKING AND DIVERSIFYING ITS OWN PRACTICES AND RESOURCES” will focus on forward-looking strategies for improving and enriching the cinema experience through digital marketing, programming, innovative communication, etc...
Open to all European exhibitors, this Lab will offer great opportunities to share know-how and practices. Bring your ideas and issues to the Lab, step back from the day-to-day and spend time with peers to reflect on your own approaches, share expertise and find practical solutions through new input.
During the Lab, you can expect to broaden your network and scope through collaboration with other film industry practitioners. Also, you will have the opportunity to receive practice-based insights from other exhibitors during small group discussions to help you find creative solutions to specific challenges.
Open Slot sessions also give participants the space to share a problem, pitch innovative ideas and/or identify potential international collaborators for new projects.

Follow live the Valladolid Lab! In order to satisfy the great interest in the Lab and allow all the European exhibitors and professionals not present in Valaldolid to follow the main sessions and the case studies, we are proposing a live-stream of the Valladolid lab from Thursday 26 to Saturday 28 October on our Youtube channel.
