Facing the fact that participating cinemas were so far accumulating data that is not aggregated or utilized, this project involving eleven active cinemas in northern Italy aims to innovate in data collection and data marketing to enable optimal audience targeting.
The centralized and shared implementation of a CRM tool promotes collaboration among the cinemas and makes the project accessible to smaller venues.
"Profiling Cinema" will thus be able to offer targeted communication before and after screenings, with personalized content and automated delivery to customers' devices. Focused on "marketing automation," the project aims to reduce manual processes and enhance communication between marketing and programming departments.
