APPLICATION TO EUROPA CINEMAS (MEDIA) - 2008

The next Committee of Experts will be held in October 2008.
The deadline for applying is 31st August 2008.

Cinemas of the following countries can apply:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, The Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and United-Kingdom.

To be taken into account, the application will include the following elements :
1 - The application form for the cinema duly completed and signed
2 - The complete programming of the first 2008 semester on Excel sheet, by floppy disk or email. You will also have the possibility to enter your programming directly on Europa Cinemas´ Member Zone. You will send us the completed identification sheet by fax. We will then give you a user ID and a password in order for you to enter directly your datas (instructions for reporting online).
3 - The list of the initiatives by your cinema aimed at Young Audiences
4 - Copies of publications issued by the cinema
5 - A form of box office receipts for the distributor
6 - Photos of both the film theatre and the exhibitor.
