Cinemas wishing to join must send in an application form which includes:

1) A complete Application file of the cinema

2) A detailed programming report of first-run films and other programmes which covers the last six months (Excel or Email).

You will also have the possibility to enter your programming directly on Europa Cinemas´ Member Zone. You will send us the completed application file by fax. We will then give you a user ID and a password in order for you to enter directly your datas.

3) A list of promotional and special activities organised over the last six months (notably activities aimed at young audiences)

4) A copy of each of the cinema's publications

5) A blank declaration of revenues form

6) Photographs of the theatre and exhibitor.


Applications may be sent in by mail, fax or e-mail.
