APPLICATION PROCEDURE

Applications are to be sent to EURIMAGES - Council of Europe - F-67075 Strasbourg Cedex, which will forward them to EUROPA CINEMAS, and should contain:
• full particulars of the cinema
• the detailed programming over the last six months
• copies of any publications produced by the cinema
• a certificate of receipts declared to the distributor
• photographs of the cinema and the cinema exhibitor.

Incomplete applications or applications received after the deadline may be refused.

After application have been received by EUROPA CINEMAS (see attached application file), and on the basis of a programme of visits on the countries organised by the Board of Management national representative concerned, members of the "Cinemas" Working Group and a representative of EUROPA CINEMAS make an initial selection from among the cinemas visited. The Board of Management takes its final decision a on the basis of their proposals.

DEADLINE

In order to receive financial support for the following year, applications must be received each year by 30 September at the latest.
