15th European Film weeks in Morocco

11/24

From 22 November to 9 December, the Moroccan will discover 10 new European films in 5 cities.

Europa Cinemas is in charge of the Artistic Direction of this event organised by the EU Delegation in Rabat, Member States Embassies and Cultural Institutes, in partnership with the Moroccan Cinema Center.
Cities of Tangiers, Rabat, Casablanca, Safi and Agadir will screen during more than 10 days European films recently awarded or selected in great festivals such as Cannes or Venice. A selection of 5 short films from Southern Mediterranean will come to enrich programming of 10 European feature films, in a spirit of reciprocity which is a central issue of the Euro-Mediterranean partnership.

In 2004, this French-Moroccan co-production was awarded the Best First Film Prize in Mostra of Venice and Jury Special Prize in Namur Film Festival in 2004.
