Europa Cinemas was partner of the Rome Film Fest, the 2nd edition of which had be held in Rome from 18 – 27 October, 2007.
Last year the festival decided the jury should comprise not professionals, but Italian filmgoers. This year the jury included not only 30 Italian filmgoers chosen by the festival and the ANEC (Italian Film Exhibitors' Association), but also 20 film enthusiasts from 11 european countries, selected by Europa Cinemas network theatres.
Presided by Danis Tanovic, winner of the 2001 Oscar for Best Foreign Language Film for
No Man's Land, the jury has assigned the RomeFilmFest's official awards to the following films:
