Europa Cinemas launches a brand new initiative to incentive the exchanges amongst network exhibitors.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Travel abroad to another network cinemas and experience first-hand their working practices in order to improve your own expertise & practice.
- Work together to develop synergies and exchanges Europe-wide.
- Experience new practices in other cinemas and improve your expertise in the areas of programming, customer relationship/data management, spaces and design, brand development and initiatives to develop new audiences.
SUPPORT FROM EUROPA CINEMAS
Europa Cinemas will cover part of your travel costs (max 50%) subject to supporting documents, and accommodation expenses (7 nights maximum), based on a daily allowance according to the NEXT/CHANGE GUIDELINES available here.
HOW TO APPLY
You have to submit your project by filling in the NEXT/CHANGE PROJECT APPLICATION FORM available here.
In this form you have to indicate the cinema you want to visit and tell us why you are interested in that cinema. Prior to filling in this form you have to contact the host exhibitor.
If you would like to apply to this project but you do not know which cinema to visit in order to improve your expertise please contact us specifying the areas you would like to develop. We will be able to match you up with cinemas according to your profile.
This is a rolling program throughout the calendar year. You can apply at any point in 2016 for exchanges in 2016. You have to apply at least 2 months before the journey.
About 30 projects can be supported per year. The support is allocated on a first come first served basis.
